I contacted the seller several times to return the items.They agreed to accept the return but did not send the free shipping label. Despite repeatedly asking for the shipping label, the seller always responded with,"I understand how you feel, but we both will lose money. How about I give you half of the money instead?" The sellers consistently drag out the return process, then ask eBay to make a decision, making it appear as if the buyer did not return the items,leading to the case being closed
