I won the bid, and then upon winning it I made the payment, however the seller never made the shipment, without any justification.

I do apologize for the experience I had another customer that won s22 bid and while preparing for shipment I was told the phones were unlocked and they were not. I would have felt worse sending out the item when it was not as described. I have many positive reviews for my Japanese stationary I pride myself on selling with integrity and due to my lack of knowledge on how the unlock process worked I should have tested before posting the item I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused

Not an honest seller, I made a full payment of $504 with tax for an unlocked S22ultra phone. To my surprise, I received a refund message from eBay. Later, the seller replied, stating that the phone was not unlocked as advertised. Unpleasant experience overall

I do apologize about the bad experience, I was under the impression that the phone was unlocked and I felt it would have been a worse experience receiving an item that was not as described. I am fairly new to cell phones and that is not an excuse for your experience. My area of expertise is Japanese stationary and now that I have educated my self on how to tell if a phone is unlocked I will do a better job of not repeating the same mistake moving forward. I do apologize for you bad experience.
