After purchasing, the seller contacted me and told me the item would not be shipped due to not having the item in stock, but they did not cancel or refund my order and I could not cancel my order either as eBay told me it was “too late” to cancel and I’d have to wait over 30 days to take any further action, so I opened a case through PayPal and got a direct refund that way.

I could have canceled it myself without informing them of the inventory, but I politely asked them to do so and recommended that I cancel it myself. However, since you attempted to cancel late, buyer cancellation is not possible in eBay's system. If you contact the seller at this time, the seller will cancel it. I m still waiting for a refund for the product. And I won t change the comment until it s finalized. I bought a gold model of the same product from another seller. And it was shipped the very next day. However, this seller did not ship the product in any way. And he didn t answer us in any way. We have messaged this seller 100 times. And we didn t get any answer. And in the process, it negatively affected my psychology. I can t leave a review for a seller who does his job so badly.
