This seller has been extremely professional and clear in communication. Unfortunately, the item I purchased has been held up or possibly lost by the post office (4 weeks+ since the post office received the item). The seller stayed in communication with me as they investigated with the post office. With no solid answer, the seller issued me a refund no question. I am sad the parcel was lost as I was greatly looking forward to receiving it, but the shop owner has been kind and professional. A+
