Descriptions should be verified against the photos provided (it is easy to miss something!). Hoping to provide you with great customer service!

As a buyer, there is nothing I dislike worse than a seller who gets a label ready (so you think it is shipped) and your purchase sits for days with no updated tracking. So, I over-communicate :) I'll let you know when I am preparing your item for shipment, when it is dropped with the carrier and I (try) to follow your item until it is delivered.

I also take pictures of how the item is boxed so if there is a problem, an insurance claim can be filed. Protects both you and I!! I want you to feel comfortable buying. If you have an issue, let me know and we will work on it together to get it resolved. Thanks for looking!
