I paid for a pair of children's Birkenstock sandals, the payment was taken but the sandals were never dispatched. The seller has ignored my messages and I have nothing to show for my money. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!

I am so sorry for this issue. We had closed for business temporarily due to unavoidable circumstances and didn't realise some listings reposted and sold, hence why the item didn't get dispatched. Refunded by ebay of course, but please accept our apologies for this unintended error at that time.
