Laptop was in new condition.
There seemed to be a 3rd party administrative software loaded on the laptop that prevented completion of setup.
Was able to have a local PC repair shop reinstall OEM version of Windows.
Seller took care of the cost to repair.
This is a great laptop for a really good price and I am happy with it.

The laptop had a company management screen and wasn't allowing me to login. It was advertised asbrand new but came with a different box. I wouldn't buy anything from this seller again.
