I LOVE this DVD. I often get bored with routines after a while, but I don't think I will with Nell's workout.
Actually, she just stays to the side looking obviously gorgeous while a male instructor leads you through a fast 10-minute warmup, then on to a 40-minute aerobics session, followed by 20 mins of resistance work, and then on to the cool down. I haven't managed to get through it all in one go, but the combination of warm-up, resistance and cool down works a treat.
And the guy behind Nell is funny to watch, with his little moves and comic facial gestures every now and then. He is soooo cute! Bless him.
Get this if you're bored of boring routines, fancy taking your fitness up a level and fast, and want a challenge.
