First item arrived faulty, seller refused to refund unless I sent back faulty item which wasnt worth the shipping cost. Second arrived working but not so reliable.. I would rather a refund instead of replacement

We at least sent a new one fully checked without any proof .We requested some sort of proof like video to see not working. Still we sent a brand new one,After selling hundreds without complains still respected the client and sent new one.
