Packing was great & my figure arrived much earlier than expected. Communication was MOSTLY good, but the seller unnecessarily took my NIB figure out of its box without my permission & didn t mention that he was going to do that in the listing either. I think that my figure was slightly damaged due to that. When confronted, the seller offered me a $30 partial refund (from the $223.96 that I paid) and a discount on my next order with them. Not the best compromise, but certainly not the worst.
