I ordered this winter coat on October 21st. The first week of November I contacted the seller who was very apologetic but hadn't seen the order & would ship it out PRIORITY (the shipping rate I paid for) the next day. The shipping label was CREATED on 11/12 but did not ship until 11/16 and did not arrive until 11/20 with NO FURTHER communication from the seller. The coat is as described. Shipping & communicaiton were not great.

Item arrived late and was BIOS admin blocked. The delay is forgiveable and i commend the effort of the seller to help, but the end line is that i had to pay out of my pocket to unlock the device (USD 125), had to wait around a month with back and forths and the seller stopped replying to my messages.
