beautiful swift and winder! everything fits together really nicely and was easy to assemble without instructions, and works perfectly. the finish of the timber is gorgeous! i had an issue where the courier lost the package for a while but it was packed well and everything arrived safe and undamaged

Do not waist your money on this product , it's nothing like picture , it's as if on mine at least that they run out of part's to finish the product and I ended up with a bit of wire that had been hand twisted for the yarn threader , then instead of a matching wood triangle that sit's at the base of the winder itself I got chrome metal ..... also I received it without the Rubber belt to wind the yarn and still waiting for that to turn up , So £84 later and still no rubber band it's useless ...

I ordered the rosewood winder and swift combo for my mothers birthday, swift was beachwood with a mark on it from being hit or scratched. I contacted seller about the mistake and have not heard back after weeks. Its lovely and all just poor communication and lack of effort trying to resolve the issue.
