D80 is an excellent camera for the budding professional
The D80 is an excellent camera for an advanced amateur of budding professional. I shot with a D70 for years and finally moved up to the D80 due to the Megapixel difference and some more technical features.

Good Game - But Aging
Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 feels pretty outdated now. I can remember playing it co-op with friends when it was new, and it was a challenging but fantastic experience. With more modern games, like the coincidentallu titled "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" the gameplay of Vegas begins to feels rigid and too stringent to sit down and play, relaxing with friends. Unless you kick down doors 9-5, or have your eyes glued to a police rifle 9-5, there's no easy way you'll enjoy this game for more than half an hour. If you do happen to be a S.W.A.T. member you probably don't need Vegas2 to get your kicks. Great game in its time but a little worn around the edges now.

Fun While You Wait
The intro screen for this game will repeat again and again, even interrupting itself to start over. A novelty of the arcade era better enjoyed as fond memories. But if you have 20 minutes to spare while you're waiting, this is a great time waster. You're given a "beater" off the start, and then it's off you go to win some races and upgrade your license. What this game lacks in story line or meaningful gameplay it makes up for with bitchin' wrecks, great highways to burn nitrous and tires on, or races that almost feel too challenging to the casual player. Good game, but don't wager your weekend on it. Pop this in when you're waiting for your GF to arrive or your friends with the beers.
