I've written my story here four times, and it disappears! I will try again for anyone who may care... I've been trading, collecting, buying, researching and selling since I was 8 yrs.old. I'm 75. It's been a good time for me- I've had a few grand finds, I've met good people and made some fine friends. I've made stupid mistakes, and trusted when I perhaps shouldn't- all in the game....I've heard fantastic and fun stories. I've learned from some wonderful teachers. Due to injury and life changes I was away from EBAY for years, and it's good to be back again. I no longer have my shop nor have I done shows for ages- but I just can't "retire' - I do enjoy it and I am still learning. My aunt loved majolica and by my 10th yr. I had developed a passion for "box lots" -@ .25 or .50- We followed auctions all around the Maine coast during summers in the 50's and 60's. All those treasures and all that fun- ! How can one retire from that?♡. So. I have "eclectic " tastes, and you never know what I may list- and I hope you will keep checking now and then. I stand behind anything that I sell, and try to be clear on condition and details - even provenance if appropriate or just good to know. Many many changes in the market and on eBay thru these decades- I do my best to keep up....(and to do unto others.♡)
