Unit was fairly well protected, apart from being loose enough to move around some inside the box, which wasn't great considering there is a hard drive and DVD player inside. Given the way mail is roughly handled these days, I thought that could've been better. And 11 days shipping for $20? But unit works like a charm, so I'm a happy customer.

The foot was broken off of the stereo and the volume control knob is functional, but something is not right. Components jump around inside of the stereo. The insurance policy that was purchased is no good, and he has told me twice that he is checking with the shipper for a claim. I have heard nothing in over a week from my second correspondence. Part of the breakage isshippin and part of the problem is the seller. I held off a bad review, but time has now passed with no resolution.
