This book is well written and beautifully performed - go for it!
I love Nora Roberts but had been disappointed by the narration of the first two books of the Cousins O'Dwyer Trilogy. Both performances, particularly in the first book, made the young women sound so old that it was hard to believe the story. That can be a problem with audio books, if you don't like the narration the book can be ruined. If I didn't love Nora Robert's storytelling ability so much I'm not sure I would have gotten the third book as an audio book. The third book however, was absolutely saved by the performance of Susan Erickson - I would pay for the first two audio books all over again if she read them. She has an amazing talent for making the stories come alive.
