seller cancelled order because he was either out of stock or item was damaged. not very satisfactory

had to cancel as finding problems with every purchase yet refusing to return even when offered, did not want any more problems with this buyer have now blocked him

seller failed to mention in his listing that both winding springs slipped when wound, sent him an email asking for advice to overcome problem, no reply but seller cancelled the order for another clock i had purchased of him stating either he was out of stock or the item was damaged . not a very good outcome with 2 items i purchased from seller

Poor buyer, despite answering multiple questions for buyer explaining all issues with clock expected it to magically work although sold as spares. offered refund but refused, as clearly nothing wrong with clock
