  The stone I received was nothing like the description or the picture. Contacted seller who responded in a very timely manner. The stone I did receive was quite nice and seller offered me the option to keep the stone and a partial refund. Happy with the result. Just need to see that refund. Hope it will be timely as well

  Item ended up lost in shipping through customs in Thailand. Buyer waited an extra month to see if customs would ever release item , and no release occurred. May have been stolen by customs. Seller fully refunded $195 money plus tax to buyer. Buyer cannot complain, was not seller's fault. Would buy again from this seller when this stone is one I need again.

  Ottimo Venditore. Molto preciso nel risolvere i problemi di consegna. questa gemma al primo invio NON fu consegnata. Il venditore ha provveduto immediatamente al rimborso, e insieme al venditore abbiamo riaccordato il riaquisto. In questo secondo acquisto il venditore ha cambiato il metodo di consegna e la gemma è arrivata rapidamente ed all'altezza delle aspettative. Ottimo Venditore anche nella comunicazione.
