  Parcel arrived on time. There was a little damage to the box but the item was packaged well. One part was missing, so there was a delay before I could put them together. Customer service was very good, prompt in replying and I was able to give the part number that was missing. They responded quickly and polite and organised a replacement, which arrived in a few days. Very good communication. Easy to put together. Lovely padded, comfortable chairs with a good seat size and good weight limit.

  The true measure of any company supplying items through ebay is how they react when things go wrong. I received the wrong item and immediately sent the company an email informing them what the issue was. They responded immediately and were very apologetic and said they would send out the correct item as soon as possible. I received the correct item the next day! Outstanding!! It is refreshing to find an honest trader and I highly recommend them. Great service!!!

  This is a lovely bed Thank you However we had quite a few problems before this arrived Yodel told us the had it but did not deliver on three arranged days although we waited in. They then returned the item to the seller. We had no idea why. The seller resent the item and it arrived promptly. We love it Seller communicated well throughout

  Fantastic, excellent, sturdy quality cat tree, big enough for two cats. Delivery a bit confusing, was told it got lost in transit then re sent? The tracking wasn't reliable. This parcel arrived a few days later than tracking suggested and it still says in transit? My advise, yes buy from this seller, great quality item, good service, but don't rely on the yodel tracking information.
