  The unit functions and looks as described. Dispatched in a timely manner, well packaged. Initially I wasn’t satisfied with the unit, however after getting in touch and providing proofs, the replacement was sent immediately no questions asked. Therefore the communication and a service is top notch. I definitely will be buying from them again. If anything not ok, they will try to sort it out instantly.

  Half of me doesn't want to share what a gem this company is - competitive pricing, pro packaging & fast delivery times, great comms. These are a rare mixture! But then, once I see the sheer volume they push through, how long they've been going & the consistent customer reviews, the other half of me realises that I'm very late to this party, but it's still going strong! Just a great company. Long may it contine.

  Good seller, quick shipping arrived next day. Prompt response to messages even helped advise me of good shipper for similar item. Server arrived extreamly well packaged and exactly as described, everything just worked which was a pleasant experience. 10/10 would definitely use this company again.

  Looking at their items for sale, this supplier consistently offers enterprise IT equipment amongst the lowest prices on ebay. A hell of a lot of server for an extremely low price (priced to sell, unlike some other 'configure to order' suppliers on ebay), this would have originally cost well in excess of £10k. Delivered next day in a near identical clone of the manufacturer packaging. Now my #1 home server supplier. A++

  As always, speedy delivery for good products with the highest standard of customer service. Unfortunately the item was different from what was described but no questions asked and they arranged a returns label and a refund.

  Arrived very promptly (two days after I ordered it) and was packaged well (box was clearly marked as fragile, plenty of foam + large bubble wrap to protect it). product itself was as described, internal components matched the listing, there was some minor cosmetic damage on the case, but this was clearly shown in the listing photos. powers on fine, BIOS was not password locked. only complaint is that it did not come with a power cable, which I assumed it would. still a solid 9/10 overall
