Item listed is not what the seller sent me. The part number sent was not the same as the listing. Item worked but not correctly. Seller refused to credit me with a partial refund saying it was against eBay policy which is false. I've received many partial refunds due to items not being as they were actually listed that had deficiencies.

me and you have never had a conversation. i have a full return policy, not a partial refund policy. if you are ok with keeping the item the why bitch about a refund. you have me confused with another seller. why not return the item and get your money back? sounds stupid to keep something if it was not correct ..sound like a scammer to me ..return the item and get your money back. thats WHAT RETURNS ARE FOR.

I had to transfer 1 part from the old part because the diffuser was sent broken and I pay for shipping. The part work for 1 week and 2 days. Would anyone be happy
