  After checking with the dealer about a delivery date I was informed that the courier had lost the order and as such the dealer informed me that a full reimbursement had been made. I was given no other option but to accept, even though a similar item was being advertised at a slightly increased cost. When I asked why I wasn’t given the option to purchase the slightly more expensive item which would have meant making a small increased payment, i received no reply. I cannot recommend this dealer.

  Paid for a item from this seller as I thought it was the last item ( every item this seller has is posted as last item ) when it arrived it was the wrong model came from a supplier with the receipt attached a lot cheaper then what I payed ,I've since bought the correct model for £20 cheaper. Got my refund for the wrong item, i was sent tracking details after I received the wrong item . Avoid this seller.

  Item arrived as described but estimated delivery was 3 - 5 days and it was actually two weeks which was annoying. I also had to chase the seller for an update - would have appreciated a proactive update letting me know about the dispatch delay.

  Item was described as ‘New’ turned up to be a really old well used item. Apparently the warehouse team sent the incorrect one……but they don't sell or list genuine new ones bizarrely??. I was offered a £7 discount for my troubles. Would never use again.
