Given the description was "VERY WORN" and the state of the same Kazuna model I had, prior to breaking the screen, I am extremely satisfied with what I recieved. Perspective would lead me to call my usage "rough" or the wear of my phone "SEVERELY WORN/SLIGHTLY DAMAGED". I believe the seller is either too modest in the description or used things are too highly scrutinized. Wither way, great experience...Thanks. Big ups macman4623

Man kept stating that it would connect and work and it woukd not and trying to be nice and settle with him I never got a full refund like I should have. Should have just put in for a regular return and got a full refund it would not connect to internet and work as it should have. Not a good transaction

It worked for me and it connected like it should, the day before I shipped it out. Buyer claimed that "the password was too long" so the modem wasn't supported, which didn't make sense. They needed to get the PPP login and password (not the WIFI password printed on the modem) from the ISP and enter it into the setup page in the modem, but they claimed that the ISP wouldn't give it to them. I kept explaining that the WIFI password wasn't the right one but they just seemed frustrated.
