    Worst experience ever, items never came after 3 weeks reached out to seller and was told to be patient which I continued to be after another week finally reported item has not arrived (total of 4weeks for only 2 balloons) Seller contacted me to say they sent a second item and that I would receive two deliveries now and mentioned to me that I might be trying to get free items. Which made me feel as if as I was being jerked around over 2 balloons. Which still haven’tarrived so was issued refund.

    USPS took forever to deliver. I was in constant communication with the customer telling them if it didn't arrive I would reship or refund their money. Instead of communicating back to me the buyer decided to open an ebay case. So I refunded their money. Now they will get their money back and their items and they are still complaining!! Oh well, I tried.

    Horrible eBay experience. Horrible customer service and lack of follow up. I had to reach out and Jerked around over 2 balloons. No one would expect to wait 4 weeks for 2 balloons. Supposedly was sent out an extra set after I reported item as not arriving and accused of possibly trying to get free items. Which made me feel as I was the one being taken advantage of. Not worth the headache over 2 balloons. Ruined important items for a celebration I was planning.
