The box arrived damaged. When the parcel was opened later, it was evident the damage also caused a hole in the tent .
The seller refused to refund on the basis they could not get the cost back from the courier.
My contract is with the seller not the courier.
A tent with a hole in is unusable.
The seller suggested that tent will end up with holes anyway due to branches etc!!!!!
Very bizarre explanation, very poor service . I’ve raised a complaint . Will never use again

I’m absolutely chuffed with this tail gate awning/tent so much room inside and the universal fit makes it sit snuggly over the rear tailgate perfect can’t fault other than the top canopy has very thin string to attach to poles
