  Item received was not as pictured in the listing as this was not brand new but an open box with stickers and tape labels over the box. Potential buyers beware of this seller and as what is being advertised as you may be disappointed on what you receive. Unfortunately, the seller does not accept returns so this should be a "Red Flag" to you as a buyer along with their feedback percentage of only 84.9%.

  Revised feedback after initial negative review. Seller was away and there was a delay in communication. He has now rectified the situation, provided free return shipping, and promised a full refund upon item return. Honest Seller.

  In the photos, they look new. I bought them, shipping was fast, and he shipped them the same day I bought them, which I was extremely thankful for, but when the packaged arrived, only the left side of the headband of the headphones, where the control module is located, were broken; I contacted him, but no response. I hope to hear from what we could work out in this situation. I placed a picture to show. I tried using superglue, but no help. At the end of the transaction, I was misled.

  Purchased item from seller, waited a week but noticed item never shipped! I wrote the seller and asked them if they would ship soon, they never responded and then 2 days later they went on vacation for about a week. I waited for seller to return thinking they would ship it once they returned but once the seller became available again they canceled my item and refunded me with ZERO explanation. I asked the seller why they told me to buy again!! So stupid.

  BEWARE OF BUYING Item was listed as open box, came in very used and abused and covered in patches of tape. Came in with a broken stand and cracks. The picture listed look decent and claimed store display only. Only to find out it was severely damaged and clearly been used. Not everything was included. Just the monitor and broken stand held by patches of tape. No accessories as stated in their description. Using false images to claim it’s new or open box.

  I didn’t have any issues with the item or listing itself. My issue is with the shipping and handling of the item. It took a few days to get to the carrier. But my main issue with that the way it was shipped was awful. Box *way* too big, a single thin piece of plastic and nothing else. It was in such an awful state (crushed, torn) when it arrived, I assume the item got damaged more in shipping than originally. But with only stock images in the listing, I’ll never know. Fixed it though
