    Item just as described...however the shipping-packaging left much to be desired. That box is not a shipping box. The item was not protected well during shipping. It was lucky to have arrived undamaged. I have bought similar items from other sellers that tried the same packaging trick only to see the item be damaged during shipping. Iron is strong but heavy and brittle and items tend to be thrown about during shipping from truck to platform and back etc. Lucked out this time.

    I recommend seller. A great value with quick shipping (in my hands within four day of purchase) made for a perfect purchasing experience from this seller. Item arrived in exactly the condition described in listing. I’m using the IEMs as I’m trying this review and loving the experience!

    Sadly USPS damaged the package. Seller was very friendly and willing to pay for the return and a full refund. We were able to negotiate and I keep the toy because the box was damaged and not the toy. Seller gave me a partial refund which ended up be over half of the total purchase. Would gladly purchase from this seller again!

    Arrived in unopened packaging. there was an issue with the first pair, seller was contacted and the item was replaced no questions asked, seller was fast in responding to the issue at hand., would recommend this seller for another product
