Beyond disappointed, I brought these hair straighteners as a gift for myself but they are awful
They came dirty, only 1 plate just about worked, it was rusty and filthy, a loud buzzing noise, and many more problems
I have tried every single hair straightening repair shop + electronics repair shop and nobody can do anything about it.
Stay far away, paid £175 for absolutely nothing.

Hello, thank you for shopping with us. Besides one of the plates not heating we were unaware of all these issues you claim to have. We have provided a full refund as your primary message said that the only issues with the straightener was 1 of the plates not warming up. We did apologize for the inconvenience as we have sold many of these with no electrical issues. hope you shop with us again.
