    The puzzle was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a sturdy, plastic shipping bag. The seller has good communication, ships quickly and the puzzle arrived in excellent condition. I did have one surprise. I had not purchased on ebay for a very long time and was unaware that my country had new import fees that, in the case of this puzzle, amounted to almost 50% of the purchase price and was due on delivery. . .

    The item was exactly as described & arrived on time. There was some box damage in transit, but I am unboxing this item so all is well. Always happy to support an Irish small business. Highly recommend this seller.

    As the goods failed to arrive by the pre-specified date, the sellers kindly returned my money promptly, without hesitation or further questions asked. I appreciated this. It seems as if the goods got lost, or seriously delayed. I am not surprised, given the present turmoil with international shipping under attack, and some sea vessels having to be rerouted in a number of cases, incuring extra time on shipping. The company assured me they have launched the necessary investigations.
