    1st class, despatched immediately after purchase and got the next day. Well packed and very discreet. Have bought from home with bargains and great customer service if anything becomes defective they will replace as I had an omega ballast that gave up few months after purchase. Ten ten always and giving thanks.

    4 day delivery & packaged well. Lot smaller than looks in photos though. I have been told there is not enough ducting & clips with it. Haven't used it so can't comment on how it works. Was originally going to buy a more expensive one then found this one, not sure if I made a wrong decision. Time will tell when it eventually gets used.

    flowerbomb bought ordered and tried to cancel within a minute yet they refused saying it had been posted . it didnt arrive till two days after the original date
