    The seller immediately contacted me, that there was an error in the system and I had ordered a size that they didnt have anymore, and they offered a full refund or any of their available sizes. The size is true to description, XL like they told me. The shipping was fast, and arrived in perfect condition, they even sent me a letter thanking me for buying from them and some chocolate chip and vanilla cookies, which was so nice. If I ever buy something from ebay I will look for them first.

    The item was packaged nicely and was true to the description. Shipping was a little pricey and the seller took a little while to mail it out, but given that it came all the way from Japan to here in the US that’s understandable. Would recommend purchasing from them if you’re considering it, especially since the items sold are authentically Japanese

    Nervous to purchase from Evangelion store, using Buyee, I decided to use Hello from Japan to the world, much more expensive however l felt more confident I would receive the item intact, it was well wrapped/packaged, I was kept up to date with delivery times. The item arrived and is has described, it's a gift for my son, who is a huge Evangelion fan.

    I really like this seller. He’s very prompt lets you know about updates when the item ships. His packages are wrapped very secure. His description of what you are interested in is right on! I recommend this seller to all. I never have any worries when I buy from him He gets an A+++++ in my book I can’t wait to order more items from him

    The product I ordered was made to order. The seller was prompt in giving me updates on my order. And as soon as it was ready it arrived so quickly. It was packaged so nicely with the bag that came with the special order. Would order from again!

    The seller let me know immediately that there was an unexpected defect in the item, and offered the choice of another item or a refund. I requested the refund, which was processed right away. Although it was disappointing not to receive the ordered item, I can recommend the seller just based on the excellent communication and fast followup. I plan to follow this store's offerings closely from now on.
