    Overall, as a first-time buyer for this vendor, it was a good experience. Packaging, delivery time, and service was excellent. The commodity itself was a little disappointing in that the sales picture shows an ammonite that is much more colourful and in better condition than the one delivered. What I received is not horrible but also nowhere near as nice as the display picture. Also, the delivered item is not 13cm but closer to 12cm (in reality it is 12.2cm). Thank you!

    Shipping took not time at all and they also contacted me as soon as the shipping was available to make sure if anything was wrong when it arrived that i could let them know for a replacement if necessary, great customer service in my opinion!

    Never needed up buying the item and I actually requested for a refund before purchased item was shipped. To my surprise it actually was cancelled and I was refunded within the next couple days after ordering. I appreciated there help and thank them for their help and refunded my order before it got complicated.

    Haven't fitted the part yet, but the communication with this seller was excellent, the item arrived promptly, on the 1st day of the scheduled time frame of 8 days. very happy, and would not hesitate to use the seller again in the future. Thank you

    They are very great people to work with and stand behind their products. My item was delivered and damaged and they were nice to send me a new one to replace it.
