After three days nothing was shipped. I had to contact the seller and then was told the item I ordered was no longer available. I then had to ask for a refund and wait two days to get my refund instead of the seller promptly refunding for an item I purchased that was not available. In the end I got my money back but I shouldn't have to be chasing the seller to do the right thing when they should be communicating and offering appeasement in a prompt manner.

WRONG. I had an error calling Grovers Gotohs; I apologized and I offered this abuser the same item from another listing - exactly what they thought they bought. They refused and became belligerent. I apologized multiple times for my error. Truly ridiculous, the future of eBay. Buyers who are utterly incapable of functioning.

When I contacted the seller on why it took 5 days to ship out my purchase,I was told it wasn’t supposed to ship out for another day,that would’ve been six days after purchase.When I expressed my disappointment,the seller called me a Cretin and told me I was permantly blocked.(lol)After looking up the word in the dictionary, I agreed with the seller.i’d have to be a cretin to purchase from this seller. The better eBay sellers make sure you have your purchase within 5-7 days after purchase.Hmm!

Item was shipped A DAY AHEAD. Within ten minutes when scanned, the cretinous fraudster came in complaining about shipping speed. CHECK HIS FEEDBACK LEFT. He has a history of negging, presumably to obtain partial refunds. He's a total sack, the future of eBay incarnate. Either eBay is totally hiding handling time from buyers or buyers have become so moronic to render the platform nonfunctional.
