    I ordered the wrong part. They messaged me and asked “Are you SURE this is what you need?” before shipping. Sure enough, it was not what I needed (my fault) and we were able to cancel the order. Great job and great customer service.

    Great seller. Quick in communication and goes out of his way to make things happen. Initially sent me the wrong item but afterwards sent me the correct one very quickly. Garage said the quality is great, how great will time will tell. In any case it was several times cheaper. I recommend working with this seller.

    Horrible company they list one item and they give you something else they make you wait two weeks if you like messages through eBay buy from this company so-called save your time because time is money buy from another company. This is a horrible and I mean horrible company.

    Don’t be fooled by this seller. He confirmed the availability of the part I needed after verifying my car’s VIN and part number. After I placed the order, he did nothing for days. When I chased him, he claimed it would be shipped within 3-6 hours and provided a FedEx tracking number. A few days later, he said the part needed 5-7 days to be in stock, then delayed it again by 15-30 days. After wasting weeks, he finally offered a refund. This seller misleads buyers to boost sales numbers. Avoid him

    Got some shocks for my Cadillac and they were very responsive and quick to check up on you. Customer service was top notch, I highly recommend ordering from them. They’ll take great care of you and your order. My order arrive quicker than expected, with everything in tacked and no damage.

    The sellers communication was very good and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the right part since there really are so many options or configurations between the different BMW models that have xdrive. The packaging was really great and that was a relief for sure because I worried about a potential impact during shipping causing damage but the seller/distributor took care of business. The$ of this brand new part was equal to or less than salvage parts; 2 yr warranty so…
