Worst XP on e-bay until now. Advertise they send over DHL, but they send trough German post, and don't know the difference between them. After the package bounced, spent 2 weeks trying to explain how i need the package sent for it to reach me properly (using DHL and not German post) and after 10+ msgs in 2 different i realised they either don't understand english or aren't even reading my msgs. Terrible human beings, let alone professionals.

We are very sorry that your shipment did not reach you. You yourself stated that your address cannot be reached by Land Post. then DHL won't find you either. It is clearly stated on eBay that the shipment is sent via German Post. We bought DHL International shipping brand for €8.99, even though you only paid €7.50. We have already responded to your request, We have answered your question, even with photo. But you don't want to accept that. You are new.
