  The box chain I received was perfect, except for my ordering the wrong size! I contacted the seller and he was great about it and said to mail it back and a note saying I ordered the wrong size and the size I wanted. I got the new chain WAY quicker than I expected it. The chain is perfect for what I wanted it for, looks pretty, and the best customer service I have had in awhile.
