    I placed my order on the 28th June and got a email saying that it had been posted on the 29th June, they say 48hr delivery, well i email the seller to say my order had not arrived that was on the 5th July, i received a email from the seller on the 6th July saying he was sorry about the delay and i would receive my order tomorrow, well it came today the 7th July from Amazon, well done Amazon, not a true eBay seller,

    *AMAZON DROP-SHIPPER* Seller sent a 1-Litre bottle when the listing was for a 4-Litre bottle. The order came from Amazon, if I wanted to buy from them I would have. Be sure to check Amazon for the item, you'll probably find it cheaper than this seller offers. Misleading. Seller ignored my complaint and made it complicated, telling me to ignore Ebays returns process and use his, NO WAY! Sellers like this are ruining Ebay.

    WHAT a company. Misread my original order by mistake. Sent them a text on Saturday afternoon, explaining the error, nobody’s fault, just a small glitch. Order completed, and delivered to my door on Sunday midday. There’s not many companies that can match this. Extremely satisfied. Will use again and again. Norman Raynore

    Late posting suppose to receive item Wednesday 26th June. Then it arrived next day via Amazon after I said Item had not been sent, not impressed, as I do not use payments via Amazon as I will get loads of fake calls and Amazon emails. When you purchase through ebay you expect from that company. Item is much needed so I left positive .

    Ordered two sponges at over £10.00 each, only one was delivered and the packing slip only stated one, I paid 20.00 + on PayPal. Contacted for a refund, even went through Ebay for the refund, got a message from the seller apologising and he would refund when I closed the case, foolishly i closed the case and refund never happened. RIP OFF - DO NOT USE !!!!
