Seller initially offered a $50 credit to keep the coat. When that was declined rather than sending a return label the seller said to just keep the coat and would issue a full refund. The refund was not processed after polite reminders. Ultimately the refund was processed but only after eBay stepped in. A professional furrier confirmed the coat is rabbit and not beaver, as per the listing. I can still return the coat if the seller would like to send a shipping label.

We have sold fur coats for 40 years and know the difference between a rabbit and a beaver fur coat, the buyer not so unfortunately. We offered a full refund, told buyer to keep the fur coat, returning back to Canada is difficult and we felt this buyer just didn't have those skill sets, she couldn't even accept a full refund along with the coat without eBay finally stepping in to help her. Great fur coat like all our other positive feedbacks clearly prove we only sell. Very problematic buyer.

This coat is beautiful, as described, good as new, perfect fur and lining. I have been looking for a golden mink coat for a while, this one is perfect! The coat was nicely folded and shipping was fast.
