    Wrong part was originaly sent. Contacted DCP and they immediately sent an RMA with prepaid shipping. Correct part was shipped as soon as they rec'd the return. Part was as described, with no issues. Great store with great people. Shout out to Barrett for making it seamless. I recommend this seller

    Worked with DCP several times. The reason why they're the best is that they are overly communicative about your order from when it's being brought down from distribution to when it shipped. Packaging was also secure. Great company as always.

    Fast shipping, box had a small hole but was packaged with special cymbal retainer in the middle and item is unscathed. Woohoo ! Cymbal as described with no cracks/pits, sounds great, will buy from again !!

    Great transaction, exactly as described, packed well and promptly shipped. Excellent communication. Thanks, Joe The rubber high hat washers totally replace felt washers and get more sound from the top cymbal without wearing out or becoming uneven. They work the best for me when I also use the rubber high hat bottom washer seat made by Gibraltar so no felts anywhere on the high hat.
