Well some wisdom of advice for this retailer, DON’T INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS if they email you regarding a problem with a product they ordered and inquiring a solution to solve it by responding back with a past, copy instructions that was already on the packaging ASSUMING they didn’t read it. Repeat customers whom refer their family and friends are ESSENTIAL to your business. CUSTOMERS review all details CAREFULLY before purchasing. Customer service satisfaction doesn’t carry the same meaning.
