The item was lost in the post. I opened a case. The seller asked if I would like a refund now and I said I would wait a little longer to see if it turned up. I waited, then requested the refund as had been promised to me. The seller never replied and the case was closed automatically by eBay. I have contacted the seller since, but there has been no reply. In hindsight I should have taken the refund straight away, but this is really bad form by the seller. Why won't they reply to my messages?
