The item never arrived. No tracking number was shared with me, so I have no idea whether anything was mailed or not. I requested the tracking number by contacting the seller, and got a brush-off with no tracking number. When I reported that the item had not arrived, my purchase price was refunded promptly, but still no actual communication. Very frustrating experience, and our second in the last 6 months from this seller. We are sorry a long relationship is ending on such a negative note.

This was a birthday present. I purchased this product because based on the published information it was going to arrive my May 10 latest, I received it on May 13. So it was late. The product did not look new or never out of box since the packaging was a bit folded. I can not add pictures because this was a present and because it was already late I gave away same day it finally got here.
