  Just wanted to give positive feedback. While I did have to return the item, my experience with ordering, receiving, initiating the return, and getting my refund were without incident. I've ordered from other people on ebay and while I did receive those items in a timely manner, Auburn Appliance Parts didn't mess around. They immediately shipped the part. I received it two days earlier than when it said I would. The refund was started right when they received the item back. Great job AAP.

  I accidentally ordered the wrong item. However the item I did recieve was as described in photo and arrived in good condicondition and was well packaged as well as arrived quickly.

  The item itself is perfect: it’s exactly what I needed to get my Keurig machine back in proper working order. The delivery was a little slow, however this definitely wasn’t the fault of the seller. The seller did, however, respond promptly to the problem and replaced the item. Overall, I’m most pleased with the outcome and very happy with the entire deal. And - I’m glad to be able to enjoy a good cup of coffee again!
