    There were a number of glitches throughout this buying process; out of stock issues, shipping delays— both times the seller notified me thru the message system. However sending me the wrong product in a package that had no invoice or mystery shipping labels unconnected to the eBay sellers name were a big disappointment. However, seller honored my refund request promptly. So I am grateful.But I will not order from this seller in the future.

    The bracelet I received IS NOT the one that the seller posted and has a 2-3cm long crack. Contacted and email photo to seller. The seller didn’t want to fix the problem. I have bought all kind stuff from eBay over 3000 in 14 years, this the first time to meet this kind of seller. Unbelievable, this seller can still sale product on eBay. To avoid wasting money and time, highly recommend to AVOID this kind of seller. Attached photo can show you what I received.

    This was a 2nd purchase for me. Unfortunately item got lost in the mail but seller was so quick to refund it was amazing! So appreciated-Thank you! Will try to buy again!

    I didn’t get the item I ordered. I got a different item. I contacted the seller and they demanded the waybill on the packaging. Unfortunately, I had thrown the box away.there was nothing more they could do. The communication was good and everyone was polite, but we could not come to an agreement. The bottom line is, if you buy from this seller, make sure you always save the packaging in case there is a problem. Otherwise you are out of luck.

    Did not get clear shipping tracking, but item eventually arrived. Arrived in a flimsy plastic bag instead of a protective box. However item was received in as stated condition

    Many notes to seller. Red bracelet is smaller in width than red bracelet and red/green bracelet as advertised. Another red bracelet is on its way and asked for a solution. Seller said mythical statement that jade changes color with wear and said jade color varies. Then why did the red/green bracelet come as advertised? I received a thin brownish red bracelet and another one is on its way. I asked for replacement of Both red bracelets as per photo or send a refund. Seller refused. Need eBay help.
