This seller sent me an item that does not work and when I contacted the seller, he told me to change the batteries, but did not tell me how. The link he sent did not work, but I should not have to pay extra for a battery when the item did not work as soon as I took it from the package.

I was still in contact with the buyer trying to help them figure the situation out. They were rude from the start. They left me this very negative feedback before I had a chance to really do anything to make the situation better. Batteries sometimes go bad without warning. I thought that was a widely known fact.
