    The first attempt at delivery did not materialize but this was not the fault of the vendor. It was being returned to them by the carrier due to the fact it had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting the vendor a full refund or replacement was offered. The latter was chosen and this was undertaken by the vendor. The item arrived packaging badly damaged but thankfully the contents were ok. The customer service given by the vendor was excellent could not fault it at all.

    Item as described, delivery was longer than expected but that was due to courier (evri ). Seller responded quickly to e mail & resolved issue quickly, item arrived quickly after.

    Don't be afraid to order this, I am extremely over excited very, very, very happy and pleased. I should have ordered this before... The packaging was very professional... I will order more in the future... It arrived before the date... I must congratulate the company for doing an excellent job, thank you...

    Product and price were very good but the delivery service by Every was unbelievably terrible the worst carrier ever. They delayed delivery until tomorrow 6 times and the tracking made no sense at all. At one point they said they could not deliver the item and that I should contact the seller and ask for a replacement. I sent several emails to the seller and every but only one was answered by the seller. In future I will ask the seller who the carrier is before I buy anything from Ebay

    Item was damaged/squashed in transit as only in a padded envelope. However, seller very quick to respond and sort a refund, so no complaints at all.

    Item never arrived in time for event, the postage on item was not as described in advert, even after speaking to the seller I had to source one elsewhere, found the seller rather unhelpful and then non responsive when I wanted to return the item, return and refund have both been left until the last moment to process and seller still hasn’t responded to last messages.
