    The item is as ordered, new in a box. It was well packed and received in perfect condition. The seller was an amazing communicator. They did everything possible to smooth out the issues by the carrier, which of course was not their fault but took responsibility beyond expectations and went the extra mile.

    Very cute watch that's not easily available in the UK (the model I bought was not for sale anywhere else) but be prepared to wait nearly 3 weeks for the delivery and import tax will be charged on top by Royal Mail (c.£19). However, the seller was very helpful, always responding very quickly to all questions and really did her best to help during the whole process. So as long as you are aware of the above, it is a great product and customer service is very helpful.

    The Baitcaster reel was packaged very securely and posted straight away. Arrived earlier than expected but held up with the UK postal service. Communication with Abella Fishing Shop was excellent with replies to any questions being answered straight away. Item and boxing arrived in perfect condition. Very helpful and polite communications. I can highly reccomed this company and would deal with them again.
