    Item came as described and in very well protected packing. Came as quickly as it could since it came from another country. Only issue I had was trying to piece the ODM gear together and one of the blades looks to be bent even after leaving it overnight between books but this seems to be a manufacture error not seller. Thanks so much, looks great in my collection!

    The product arrived smashed, broken, and dirty due to poor packaging by the seller. When I contacted the seller to request a refund, they offered me 10% of the purchase price instead, saying that the color is still good. I respectfully asked again for a full refund, since the item is visibly broken and worthless as a collectible, and they stopped responding. I never received any refund.

    Everything was as advertised. Aside from the post office delivering my item to the wrong location. That issue had nothing to do with the seller so I will 100% do business with this seller again. I can't really complain about a single thing. The item is awesome it looks exactly as advertised very detailed and I couldn't be happier. I am very happy I bought it.
