By visiting SED Developments website you accept, and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change our, policies and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the website and it is your responsibility to check these regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Making a Contract with us and Ordering Online Shopping -
You can select goods from Ebay and add them to your shopping cart, you can then monitor the details of your spending by checking the details displayed on the screen at any time.
When you have finished shopping you can proceed to the secure checkout within Ebay where you will be able to view what you have selected and delete or add goods as desired. To proceed with your order we will require your name, postal address and e-mail address. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. By completing and submitting the electronic order form within Ebay you are making an offer to purchase the goods. This, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the terms of website use.
Promotional Prices only apply during the period stated. All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been received and is being processed. The order confirmation is not a guarantee that the goods will be supplied.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock, do not deliver to your area or the product was listed at an incorrect price.
If we cannot fulfil your order we will notify you of the order cancellation via email within five days.
We will email you confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Goods – Sed Developments takes reasonable care to ensure that the published product details, specifications and suitability information appearing on Ebay are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. All information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. We endeavour to ensure that colours in images appear as realistic as possible, however they are for illustrative purposes only. Owing to the limitations of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Availability and Delivery – Sed Developments endeavour to ensure availability of all advertised goods and endeavour to deliver all goods within 7 working days, (working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays) of receipt of your order (it is often much sooner).
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available and we will refund all monies paid by you in connection with these goods unless you request, replacement goods. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple goods they may arrive separately.
Sed Developments has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact jo@sed-developments.co.uk (or via Ebay). Occasionally, we may have to withdraw goods because they have been discontinued or are not available from the manufacturer.
If we have dispatched your goods via a courier, they will require your signature. If after two failed attempts the goods may be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
Price & Payment – Payment to Sed Developments is within Ebay. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer’s price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable. Postage and Packing costs are clearly detailed within Ebay. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your Paypal account, depending on the payment provider. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your Sed Developments order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
Delivery and Postage – Goods will be dispatched to the address given by you in your order/Ebay. If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges made to redirect your delivery.
Goods will not be dispatched for delivery by us, until we have received full payment for the goods, including any applicable delivery charges, in cleared funds. Orders would normally be delivered within 7 working days, (working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays) of your order being placed. We will endeavour to send out your goods sooner. You should be aware that when delivery dates coincide with public holidays your delivery time may take longer.
In the event of your order being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we shall contact you by email to advise you on the revised delivery date of your goods. The majority of UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail.
Please check your delivery any goods found missing or damaged should be notified to Sed Developments within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods.
Cancellations - Orders may be cancelled at any time up to fourteen (14) calendar days after the day of delivery.
Orders can also be cancelled any time before they are despatched. If you wish to cancel an order, before it has been dispatched, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. If your order has left us and is in transit, you will be required to take delivery of this parcel and to return it to us as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
You must cancel your order via Ebay or email jo@sed-developments.co.uk
If cancelling an order you must return the goods to us unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. The goods need to be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation and at your own expense and risk. The goods must be packaged and shipped appropriately to protect against damage. Sed Developments reserve the right to refuse to accept returned goods that are not in their original condition. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.
We won’t ask you for a reason for cancelling, however if you could give us a brief explanation it will help us improve the service we give customers in the future.
We will refund all monies paid to us by you including postage/carriage of the original transaction, but not postage/carriage of returning the goods to us, within 1-3 working days, of receiving the goods. The goods should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them, if they are received by us, and it is clear there are signs of unreasonable use, wear or tear, we will reduce our refund to you appropriately.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal right for example if goods are faulty or mis-described.
