These terms are the only terms on which Northern Filter Supplies contracts with the customer and their purchase of goods. "Goods" shall be deemed as any materials or parts supplied to the customer.
Our Products
Parts supplied by Northern Filter Supplies are not manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer. Original manufacturer's name, part numbers and descriptions are quoted for reference purposes only and are not intended to indicate or suggest that our replacement parts are made by the original equipment manufacturer. Photos and information used in our listings may have been supplied by the replacement part suppliers/manufacturer
Specifications
The specifications of the goods shall be those stated in the Company's current catalogue. Whilst specifications are considered to be correct at the date of printing, the Company reserves the right to change specifications of the goods and their packing and presentation without prior notification.
Goods are the responsibility of the customer as soon as they are delivered by the company, or its agent, to the customer
Goods shall remain the complete property of the company as legal and equitable owner until such time as the customer shall have paid the full price. Until such payments are made the customer acknowledges that he is in possession of goods as Bailee for the company.
Until the customer becomes owner of the goods he is to store them separately from his own or those of any person in a manner identifiable, safe and conditioned.
The customers right to possession shall cease if they, not being a company, commits an available act of Bankruptcy or if they, being a company does anything or fails to do anything which would entitle any person to present a petition for winding up. The company may for the purpose of recovery enter upon the premises where they are stored or where they are reasonably believed to be stored and may repossess the same.
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
 
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
 
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
 
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
 
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
